Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
- Meat (Mutton, Chicken or Beef) – 1 kg
- Onion (medium sized) – (1 kg) medium sliced
- Tomatoes (medium sized) – (200 g) chopped
- Cooking Oil/Ghee – 1 cup (150–200 g)
- LAZIZA STEW MASALA – one bag only
Method:
- Fry meat in ghee/oil for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
- Put onions and Laziza Stew/Do-Piaza Masala (one bag) and fry for 8–10 minutes while stirring with intervals. Add cut tomatoes cover and cook on low flame, till meat is tender and ghee/oil separates (if need arises add 1-2 cups or glasses of water).
- At the end of cooking, mix thoroughly with spoon for a while.
Garnish with chopped green coriander.
