‘Fried Fish/Prawns’ (or other seafood)
Ingredients:
Fish (whole or sliced) or prawns – 1kg
Garlic paste – 1 talespoon
Lemon Juice or Vinegar
Laziza Fish Masala – 1 bag
Method:
• Mix together Fish/Masala (1 bag), garlic paste, lemon juice or vinegar and apply on fish/prawns. Leave for 30-60 minutes.
• Deep fry in hot ghee/oil until light brown. Sprinkle Laziza Chaat Masala and serve with a fresh lemon.
