Behari Kebab Recipe
Ingredients:

2 kg Beef Boti or Pasanday

250g yogurt

100 ml Mustard Oil

Onion 250 gm (fried in oil and crushed in chopper)

5 tbsp Green papaya paste

4 tbsp Ginger Paste

Behati Masala spice mix
Method:

Wash meat and dry. Add all masala spices, Mustard Oil, ginger paste, onion and mix everything very gently for at least 15 min. Marinade for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.

Two hours before cooking add papaya paste, the yogurt will be mixed in just before cooking.
Cooking direction:
Authentically they should be cooked on coal during cooking, BBQ is ideal.
