Behari Kebab Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 kg Beef Boti or Pasanday
  • 250g yogurt
  • 100 ml Mustard Oil
  • Onion 250 gm (fried in oil and crushed in chopper)
  • 5 tbsp Green papaya paste
  • 4 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • Behati Masala spice mix

Method:

  • Wash meat and dry. Add all masala spices,  Mustard Oil, ginger paste, onion and mix everything very gently for at least 15 min. Marinade for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.

  • Two hours before cooking add papaya paste, the yogurt will be mixed in just before cooking.

    Cooking direction:

    Authentically they should be cooked on coal during cooking, BBQ is ideal.
